Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Times

United States: 3-5 business days for items shipped from a US warehouse; 9-15 business days for items shipped internationally.

Europe: 5-9 business days for items shipped from an EU warehouse; up to 20 business days for items shipped internationally.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

 

Holiday Shipping

To receive your order by December 25, please place it by December 18 for standard shipping. Orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it during peak season.

 

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within its estimated delivery window, contact us at support@shopvyn.shop with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
